Refund policy

You have 20 days from the shipping date to exchange your Twinfluence purchase for a different size. You can only exchange your item’s size.

Exchanging an item purchased at Twinfluence.ca is simple.The return shipping and shipping of replacement item is not reimbursable and is your cost. Please include proof of purchase in your package.

The exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. The original item must not be worn and include the tags. 

At this time we are not accepting returns. We reserve the right to reject exchanges.
